The West Cook Homeownership Center is a program of the Oak Park Regional Housing Center. Our programs are available to anyone who inquires. The West Cook Homeownership Center is a HUD-approved housing counseling agency. We provide support for most issues related to homeownership counseling, foreclosure prevention services, financial literacy and capability.
